An Immigration evaluation is a mental health evaluation that assesses various psychological aspects of immigration cases. These evaluations may be needed to diagnose emotional, behavioral, or developmental disorders and, most importantly, used to support immigration cases. The inicial evaluation will explore many aspects, including medical and family history, social and evironmental influences, school or work concerns, and emotional and cognitive strengths and weaknesses. Dr. Jimenez, a Bilingual Mental Health Professional with over 20 years of experience, offers virtual evaluations for asylum, T Visa, U Visa, VAWA, and Hardship/Cancellation of Removal. The evaluation costs $800, with a standard turnaround time of 7-10 business days. Expedited processing is available for an additional fee of $99. Payment plans are available through Affirm or directly from the office, and all major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers are accepted.
